Mark L. Greene joined Bariston Holdings, Inc. in 1995. Mr. Greene is Chief Financial Officer of Bariston Partners, LLC and its affiliates, and is responsible for Bariston’s accounting, tax, financial reporting, and IT functions. Additionally, he provides certain financial and management services for assets managed by BP. He formerly served on the Board of Managers of Moose River Publishing. Mr. Greene was employed by Boston Financial Group, Inc. from 1990 to 1995, initially as Assistant Controller, Property Management, and then as Senior Financial Analyst in the Pension Advisory Group. Prior to joining Boston Financial Group, he was Controller of a real estate development and management company. From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Greene practiced public accounting in the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand and the Cambridge office of Tofias, P.C. (formerly Tofias, Fleishman, Shapiro & Co., P.C.). Mr. Greene received an MS degree in Finance in 1994 from Boston College and a BBA in Accounting in 1983 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a founding Board member of the Private Equity CFO Association.
