Sarah L. Guido joined Bariston Partners in August 2001 and is a Senior Associate. Ms. Guido works with the senior management teams of prospective client companies in the analysis and execution of transaction opportunities and provides ongoing support following the close of a transaction. Previously, Ms. Guido was a member of the investment banking group at First Union Securities, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments and capital raising efforts for companies in several industries, including telecommunications services, property/casualty insurance and insurance brokerage. Ms. Guido holds an MBA summa cum laude from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BA cum laude in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University.
